That I possess the ability to facilitate the process of naming, facing, and breaking down even the most daunting of undertakings into more manageable parts...and making sense of them with greater ease. That I provide a way of arriving at the heart of the matter faster than anticipated, accompanied by pleasant surprise when it happens.
Using whole person and systems approaches, along with deep listening, my practice is informed by 20+ years dedicated to assessing, advising, coaching and consulting, with professional degrees, trainings, and certifications in psychology, coaching, mediation, conflict resolution, negotiation, collaboration, and design thinking. My relevant, practical experience spans continents and sectors, having helped a diverse array of populations and professionals.
